By accessing or using VendSpace's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

VendSpace provides professional vending management services including, but not limited to:

• •Equipment maintenance and repair
• •Product stocking and inventory management
• •Micro market installation and management
• •Office coffee service

Service Agreements

Specific terms of service, including equipment placement, product selection, stocking schedules, and payment terms, will be outlined in individual service agreements between VendSpace and the client.

Equipment Ownership

All vending machines, micro market equipment, and related hardware remain the property of VendSpace or our partners. Clients provide space for equipment installation but do not acquire ownership rights.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• •Provide adequate space and electrical outlets for equipment
• •Ensure safe access for restocking and maintenance personnel
• •Maintain a secure environment for equipment
• •Report equipment malfunctions promptly
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual contract. Early termination may be subject to fees or notice requirements as outlined in the service agreement.

Liability

VendSpace maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our equipment and operations. We are not liable for:

• •Damage resulting from misuse or vandalism of equipment
• •Injury resulting from improper use of equipment
• •Product allergies or dietary restrictions (product ingredients are clearly labeled)
• •Losses due to circumstances beyond our control

Product Pricing

VendSpace reserves the right to adjust product pricing in vending machines and micro markets as needed based on supplier costs and market conditions. Significant price changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

Maintenance and Repairs

VendSpace is responsible for all equipment maintenance and repairs at no additional cost to the client, provided the equipment has not been damaged through misuse or vandalism.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of VendSpace and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.

Modifications

VendSpace reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or direct communication with clients.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
